<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding component which is excellent in convolution characteristics with a large current. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic core component which has a molding of high initial magnetic permeability is bonded to a coil component using a magnetic adhesive to provide a winding component. As a magnetic core component of a molding of high initial magnetic permeability, for example, one inside magnetic core component 8 of toroidal shape is arranged inside a coil component 3 and one outside magnetic core component 7 of toroidal shape is arranged on the outside.
