PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet print product excellent in durability while maintaining the sense of texture, and to provide its fabrication method.

SOLUTION: The inkjet print product P has an image formation layer 11 on a printing base material 10. A transparent base layer 12 composed of a UV-curable transparent adhesive is interposed between the printing base material 10 and the image formation layer 11. Moreover, a transparent coating layer 13 composed of a UV-curable transparent adhesive is applied on the image formation layer 11.
