<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell cogeneration system capable of controlling a fuel cell at a high total efficiency by using the exhaust heat from the fuel cell under an optimum condition, and its control method and control program. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell cogeneration system comprises a hot water storage tank 2 for storing hot water generated by using the exhaust heat of a fuel cell 1, an exhaust heat measuring device 3 for measuring the calorie to be supplied to the hot water storage tank 2 from the fuel cell 1, and a calorie supply measuring device 4 for measuring the heat demand used by a user. The fuel cell cogeneration system estimates the user heat use in future based on the exhaust heat measured by the exhaust heat measuring device 3 and the heat demand by the user to be measured by the calorie supply measuring device 4, and calculates the optimum operational pattern which effectively uses the exhaust heat of the fuel cell based thereon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
