PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a specific compound imparting particularly excellent extensibility and adhesiveness from a perfluoropolyether-modified aminosilane compound, to provide a surface-treated powder coated therewith and to provide a cosmetic comprising the same. SOLUTION: The surface-treated powder is prepared by coating at least a part of a powder usable in the cosmetic with a perfluoropolyether-modified aminosilane represented by formula (1) (wherein, m represents an integer of 0-10; R represents a hydrogen atom or a 1-3C alkyl group; R1represents a 1-6C alkylene group; X represents a 1-3C alkyl group; Y represents a hydrolyzable group; and n represents an integer of 0-2).
