PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear-hook type hearing aid capable of switching functions without arranging a switch on the surface of a hearing aid main body. SOLUTION: The ear-hook type hearing aid is provided with a battery holder 7 that is opened and closed by being turned and slidely operates in a closed state, and a push button switch 8 that demonstrates functions by a slide operation of the battery holder 7, wherein the push button switch 8 is arranged in a hearing aid main body 2. The ear-hook hearing aid is provided with a regulating means comprising a projection 15 and a rib 16 for regulating a turning operation of the battery holder 7 in a closed state, and a guide means comprising a slide groove 14 and the rib 16 for guiding a slide operation of the slide operation of the battery holder 7 in the closed state in one direction.
