PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the transition time of an output signal sometimes changes according to power supply voltage to be connected to an output terminal OUT of an output circuit 100. SOLUTION: The output circuit 100 has a level detection circuit 1 for detecting pull-up power supply voltage to be applied to the output terminal OUT, and an open drain buffer circuit 2 whose driving capability is switched on the basis of a detection result of the level detection circuit 1. Even in an output circuit to be connected to a circuit with different power supply voltage, the transition time of the output of the output circuit can be stabilized and output.
