摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential current mode transmission circuit having a satisfactory high frequency characteristic and a high breakdown voltage at an output stage. SOLUTION: The differential current mode transmission circuit is provided with: a first buffer 3 configured by using Si-BJT (silicon bipolar junction transistor); a signal processing circuit 4 configured by using SiGeHBT (silicon-germanium bipolar hetero-junction transistor), or SiGeHBT and Si-BJT, or SiGeHBT, a silicon MOSFET and Si-BJT; and a second buffer 5 at the last stage configured by using SiGeHBT and Si-BJT, or SiGeHBT and the silicon MOSFET, wherein the first buffer, the signal processing circuit and the second buffer are integrated in one and the same semiconductor chip.
