摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a small amount of water with a relatively low internal pressure can not be uniformly sprayed on the periphery of a channel along a water-supply channel. SOLUTION: While a hollow cylindrical part used for water connection is formed by a hydrophilic material, sleeves made of a hydrophilic material are formed in the cylindrical part. The sleeves are continuously extended on the right-and-left sides. On the other hand, after the sleeve is spread and provided so that it covers the sprinkled surface, water is passed through the cylindrical part and the sleeve is wetted by the water permeating from the cylindrical part. Then the water is spread in the circumference, and the sleeve is used as a water-supply surface. The sprinkled surface is a convexity or a ridge of a folded-plate roof, and the cylindrical part is positioned at the top of the convexity or on the ridge of the folded-plate roof.
