PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a conventional plate for temporary work is made of iron whose weight is heavy, and is associated with danger in handling, welding is required to prevent movement after installation, a joint is not easily detached, and there is a possibility of damage if a slinging wire is allowed to pass through a joint connection opening to lift the plate in slinging work of lifting and lowering. SOLUTION: The plate is made not of iron but of rubber to make the weight light and to improve working efficiency and safety. Further, a fitting is mounted to a head of the joint.
