PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact recording material supply device, even when having a plurality of magazines, and to provide an image forming apparatus equipped with the device. SOLUTION: A photograph processing device 1 includes a plurality of magazine loading parts 20a, 20b, 20c and an advance roller 220. When loading respective magazines 21a, 21b, 21c to the respective magazine loading parts 20a, 20b, 20c, the magazine loading parts 20a, 20b, 20c are arranged so that drawing openings 202a, 202b, 202c approaches the advance roller 220. In addition, the magazine loading parts 20a, 20b, 20c are structured so that the drawing openings 202a, 202b, 202c of the magazines 21a, 21b, 21c are loaded so as to face a direction of approaching the roller 220.
