ULTRASONIC FLAW DETECTION DEVICE AND INSPECTION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flaw detection device for performing an ultrasonic flaw detection test without being affected by the surface unevenness of a structure to be inspected and capable of obtaining a precise measuring results, and an inspection device capable of sharply shortening the inspection time when a plurality of welding lines are inspected. SOLUTION: The device inspects the flaw produced in the structure 5 to be inspected arranged in water. The device includes a holding mechanism arranged on the surface 5a of the structure 5 and a phased array probe 3 which is held in a non-contact state with respect to the surface 5a of the structure 5 by the holding mechanism and has a plurality of probes 1 for ultrasonic flaw detection test arranged in a unidimensional or two-dimensional state. The respective probes 1 for the ultrasonic flaw detection test transmit an ultrasonic wave into the structure 5 and detect the ultrasonic wave reflected by the flaw of the structure 5.
