PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening part structure capable of firmly fixing a fastening member to a part comprising a surface layer material composed of a composite material. SOLUTION: This vehicular fastening part structure 10 has a car body skeleton member 12 composed of the composite material of fiber and resin, a GFRP block 20 constituted by hardening a textile of laminated glass fiber by a resin material and arranged in the car body skeleton member 12, and a metallic collar 22 with a flange pressed in a press-in hole 36 arranged in the GFRP block 20 so that the depth direction becomes the laminating direction of the textile of the glass fiber and receiving a fastening load for fastening a fastening object member 14.
