PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a shape of a recess groove of a pocket corner part so as not to reduce strength of a cage. SOLUTION: The recess groove 12b of the pocket 13 corner part is formed in a curved shape along a column part circular arc surface 12a. Since the thickness of a root part of a column part 12 can be increased more than when forming the recess groove in a straight line shape, reduction in strength is restrained. This recess groove 12b has a cutting edge on the outer periphery, and can be formed by gouging a root part of the circular arc surface 12a by the cutting edge of drawing a circular arc, by eccentrically rotating an end mill attached with an eccentric weight by being inserted into a pocket 13 so that its rotary shaft becomes parallel to the axis of the circular arc surface 12a.
