PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for regeneration of a mold which enables cleaning without clogging of the suction hole when a mold having a suction hole is cleaned and a mold cleaning method using it. SOLUTION: A cleaning material layer 2 of a thickness of 10-150μm composed of an unvulcanized rubber or a thermosetting resin type composition is formed on one or both sides of an air-permeable sheet 1, and through holes 3 are distributed in the cleaning material layer.
