A weaving method and a material for a roman shade type duplex curtain are provided to make a manufacturing process in simple by weaving a textile and a clairvoyant textile simultaneously, and to lower the manufacturing cost by producing the duplex curtain without a sewing work. Two slant beams are installed at an upper and a lower side of a rapier loom. A connecting structure(10) is woven by opening the whole upper warp and lower warp supplied from the upper and the lower side slant beams, and inserting a weft. A patch pocket(32) is woven at a clairvoyant textile(30) side by putting on the lower warp, and by stopping the opening, and by opening the half of the upper warp, and by inserting the weft. The textile for upper plate(20) and the clairvoyant textile for lower plate are woven respectively by opening the upper warp of the upper slant beam and the lower warp of the lower slant beam. The patch pocket is woven at the textile side by putting down the lower warp, and by stopping the opening, and by opening the whole upper warp unused to weave the patch pocket, and by inserting the weft. The textile and the dense clairvoyant textile are woven respectively by opening the upper warp of the upper slant beam and the lower warp of the lower slant beam. |
