Disclosed is an agent for prevention and/or treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus which is obtained by combining 2-benzyl-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-6-[4-(methylthio)phenyl]-2H- pyridazin-3-one or a solvate thereof with a adrenocortical steroid. This pharmaceutical agent is orally administrable and has few side effects. This pharmaceutical agent has an excellent effect of suppressing symptoms associated with SLE, and is thus useful for prevention and treatment of SLE.
