An inner paper attaching/detaching structure for a diary is provided to join or exchange inner papers and to combine and separate a detaching holder to/from a fixing jig by sliding. An inner paper attaching/detaching structure for a diary comprising inner papers(2) stacked between cover members(1) is composed of: a fixing jig(10) fixed on the inner side of a center folding portion of the cover member; a binding ring(20) for binding plural inner papers at one side by a unit of bundle; and a detaching holder(30) inserted into the binding ring and formed in the inner hollow structure of which one side is opened to be combined with or separated from the fixing jig. The binding ring is formed spirally at the predetermined length in a longitudinal direction of the middle part.
