<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print processing system and a print processing program that can print variable printing including an image of a graph or the like drawn based on variable data, in a shorter time than transferring beforehand an image drawn based on the variable data. <P>SOLUTION: A variable printing system 100 carries out variable printing printed while substituting a part of file data. A design command creating processing part 210 creates a design command 258a for setting print design based on the variable data. A character string arranged position creating processing part 220 sets an arranged position of a character string including a title indispensable in variable printing based on the design command 278a.
