<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a condition at the time of printing when data are unjustly printed. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal apparatus 10 stores the data such as documents or images and information to be reported accompanied with these data. A printing apparatus 20 receives the data and the information to be reported from the portable terminal apparatus 10 and prints the contents of the data. The printing apparatus 20 transmits printing information including discrimination information (for example, a mail address) of the portable terminal apparatus 10, discrimination information (for example, a data name) of the data, the printing date of the data, and discrimination information (for example, information on an installation place of the printing apparatus or the like) of the printing apparatus 20 to a specified apparatus to be reported (the portable terminal apparatus 30) when the contents of the data are printed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
