<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for decomposing a living body tissue, capable of recognizing the progressing state of the decomposition at an early period, regardless of the individual difference of the living body tissues, and of efficiently obtaining ample number of healthy cellular groups. <P>SOLUTION: This device for decomposing the living body tissue 1 is equipped with a container 2 for storing digestive liquid containing a digestive enzyme for decomposing the living body tissue, and an agitating blade 3, which is immersed in the digestive liquid A stored in the container 2 and agitates the digestive liquid A by being relatively moved with respect to the container 2; and a driving device 5 for driving the agitating blade 3 and a decomposition state-determining part 7 for determining the progressing state of the decomposition of the living body tissue 7, wherein the driving device 5 is equipped with a driving source 4 and an elastic body 11 connecting the driving source 4 to the agitating blade 3; and the decomposition state-determining part 7 determines the progressing state of decomposition of the living body tissue, based on the delay of movement of the agitating blade 3 relative to the movement of the driving source 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
