PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving power circuit which can get high voltage at high speed with small energy. SOLUTION: The driving power circuits (8 and 8') are so arranged as to drive devices (capacitors CL and CR) with voltage, by applying voltage from a power circuit to the devices (capacitors CL and CR) which can be regarded as capacitive loads. Besides, the voltage from the power circuit can be applied to the devices (capacitors CL and CR) via coils (10 and 10') and diodes (11 and 11'). The section between the diodes (11 and 11') and the devices (capacitors CL and CR) is grounded via switching elements (FETs 12 and 12').
