PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device capable of outputting guidance voices from either of a speaker 108b of a handset 108 and a speaker 107 of a device body 1 and from both the speaker 108b of the handset 108 and the speaker 107 of the device body 1. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a communication terminal device provided with a guidance voice output function, comprising the main body speaker 107; the handset 108; and a control means for controlling an output of guidance voices from either of the main body speaker 107 and the speaker 108b of the handset 108 and for controlling an output of guidance voices from both the main body speaker 107 and the speaker 108b of the handset 108.
