摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call center device capable of avoiding a state that an answer to an incoming call is not made although there is an operator who can answer the incoming call. SOLUTION: The call center device comprises a private branch exchange, a plurality of operator terminals and a server. The server generates an incoming call relay destination table for recording terminal identification information indicating an operator terminal which becomes the incoming call relay destination for each incoming call, selects one among operator terminals whose terminal identification information is not recorded in the incoming call relay destination table to relay the incoming call and also records the terminal identification information indicating the operator terminal that has relayed the incoming call in the incoming call relay destination table. When there is no answer to the incoming call, the incoming call is relayed to another operator terminal. When there is no answer to the incoming call even though a prescribed waiting time passes, the terminal identification information recorded in the incoming call relay destination table is eliminated, and the incoming call is relayed again.
