PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard speaker unit for suppressing the reduction of bass reproducibility while reducing a chattering noise caused by back pressure of the onboard speaker. SOLUTION: The onboard speaker unit mountable on a vehicle inner panel or a rear tray includes a ring 10 disposed on a front face of a speaker 9 via an anti-vibration material 36, a base 11 disposed on a back face of the speaker via an anti-vibration material 35, and notches 40, 45 for adjusting the distance between the ring 10 and the base 11.
