PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make sure to prevent reflection and cross talk or the like and improve transmission reliability relating to an electronic device. SOLUTION: The electronic device has a wiring substrate 6 to which a coaxial cable 5 is connected, the coaxial cable being obtained by further covering a shied conductor 3 arranged at the outer periphery of an insulating body 2 into which a conductor core wire 1 is inserted in the center part, in which device the shield conductor 3 of the coaxial cable 5 is connected to a ground electrode 7 on the wiring substrate 6. At the end part of the coaxial cable 5, a shield conductor exposed part 8 in which the jacket 4 is peeled off, an insulator exposed part 9, and a conductor core wire exposed part 10 are formed sequentially from the center part toward the free end. To the ground electrode 7, a shield terminal plate 11 which is interposed between a wiring substrate 6 surface and the insulator exposed part 9 of the coaxial cable 5 and soldered to the shield conductor exposed part 8 is connected, and the insulator exposed part 9 is covered by a conductive member 12 soldered to the shield conductor exposed part 8.
