PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control device and a fuel injection device using it, suppressing generation of erosion of the wall surface of a low-pressure chamber caused by fluid delivered from a high-pressure chamber. SOLUTION: This fluid control device is provided with: the high-pressure chamber 42 storing high-pressure fluid; the low-pressure chamber 35 connected to the high-pressure chamber 42 through a communication passage 33 and receiving high-pressure fluid stored in the high-pressure chamber 42 and delivered through the communication passage 33; and a control valve 5 controlling pressure in the high-pressure chamber 42 by opening/closing the communication passage 33. The communication passage 33 has a first passage 331 connecting the high-pressure chamber 42 to the low-pressure chamber 35 and a second passage 334 connecting the high-pressure chamber 42 to the first passage 331.
