PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the production cost without deteriorating performance of a silencer of a supercharger. SOLUTION: The silencer 30 is provided in a suction port of the supercharger. A predetermined number of noise absorbing blades each formed of a perforated plate by bending and filled with noise absorbing material 22 between bent pieces are disposed at predetermined angles in the circumference direction. The noise absorbing blades are held between an inner disk plate 31 having a suction port 34 formed at its central portion and an outer disk plate 32. The suction port 34 communicates with an inlet of a compressor. Projections are formed on at least one of an edge of the bent piece and the inner disk plate, and on at least one of an edge of the bent piece and the outer disk plate, so as to engage the bent piece with the inner disk plate, and the bent piece with the outer disk plate via the projections.
