PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manhole installation stabilizing structure preventing the lifting of a manhole while preventing concentration of tractive force on a manhole bottom part with simple constitution. SOLUTION: The manhole installation stabilizing structure has a center recess 20 of predetermined depth formed at the center part of the manhole bottom part 10a into truncated cone shape gradually smaller in diameter downward from the inner surface of the bottom part; a through hole 22 formed penetrating the bottom center part of the recess to insert an anchor member 16; a rigid cone member having an outline of a truncated cone with the upper end projecting from the center recess 20 in an installed state, an inside recess opened to the bottom face side of the truncated cone, and a through hole formed in the approximately center position of an upper face part to insert the anchor member 16; a locking fixing means for locking and fixing the upper end of the anchor member 16 in the state of being inserted through the through hole 22 of the manhole bottom part 10a and the through hole 26c of the cone member 26; and a sealing means 28 ensuring watertightness around the fixed part of the anchor member 16.
