PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid leakage during carriage, resulting malodors and sanitary problems by completing quick work for sealing the mouth of a plastic bag in the treatment of wastes with the plastic bag utilized in various facilities. SOLUTION: In the sealing treatment of the plastic bag, an opening portion of a seal&cut B9 of a binding string pack is mounted on the neck of the plastic bag 11 continuously with work for packing wastes into the plastic bag and a grip portion 7 of the binding string pack is pulled right and left to immediately seal the plastic bag.
