PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for granular gums which can hold hygienically the granular gums and from which a sheet of throwing-away paper is easily taken out. SOLUTION: The container 10 for the granular gums consists of a container main body 11 made of a synthetic resin material and a lid body 13 for closing opening part 12 of this container main body 11 so as to be freely openable and closeable, and can store a number of granular gums 15 in the container main body 11. In this container 10, a recessed part 14 is provided on a part of the outer peripheral wall forming a barrel part 11a of the container main body 11, and a plurality of sheets of the throwing-away paper 16 are stored under a piled-up condition in this recessed part 14. The barrel part 11a of the container main body 11 is packaged with a stretch film 17, and the sheets of throwing-away paper 16 stored in the recessed part 14 are exposed so as to be taken out by shifting this stretch film 17 to the container main body 11.
