PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cake packaging laminate and a cake packaging bag in which a cake has excellent peelability from the innermost layer of the packaging bag, and the packaging bag is unsealed to easily take out the cake even when the cake having adhesiveness on its surface by water content and sugar content or the like, so-called the stickiness, is directly packaged. SOLUTION: The packaging laminate is used for packaging a cake with adhesiveness on its surface, and a polyolefin resin layer containing a nonionic surfactant overlies the innermost layer of at least the packaging laminate.
