PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an economical effect capable of using round trip road liquid cargo loading by providing a telescopic container for liquid which can be mounted on a cargo carrying platform of a new or existing van body or cold reserving car in place of a conventional liquid dedicated car equipped as a specially equipped car, and to contribute to a global environmental problem countermeasure by reducing discharge of CO2 etc. SOLUTION: The telescopic container 3A loaded on the load carrying platform of a truck is formed capable of filling up a capacity variable tank with liquid up to a roughly full water level by installing a movable frame 11 having a bending mechanism 16 free to be folded inward by arranging pressure welding bars 14A, 14B on four corners of a drum part of a flexible container 8 and capable of folding and storing itself in a ceiling part of the load carrying platform after cargo handling, or a framed container 3E using a rigid frame body 40 on the outside of the drum part of the flexible container is formed free to be stored in the ceiling part after cargo handling by fixing it on a vehicle side panel by separating a side part side board 39A and providing a flexible container main body and front and rear side boards on the load carrying platform free to assemble and disassemble by loading them on a suspensory movable floor 33.
