Mounting base for cabinets and stacks of modules for electronic equipment

The mounting base is for cabinets and stacks of modules for electronic equipment. The base includes walls (8 to 11) and a floor and is cast in light metal, preferably aluminium. The base has intermediate walls on both sides of the floor and some of these walls extend between two outer walls. The base has casting holes in the floor between certain intermediate walls , and mounting holes in the floor and the outer walls. One of the outer walls has a notch or two where a cable chute can be hooked. The intermediate walls nearest to the mounting holes are placed in crossing directions on the two sides of the floor.
