PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet having high adhesion between an outer shell and an inside area and scarcely causing crack or peeling. SOLUTION: This tablet 1 is formed by integrally molding the inside area 3 formed by applying compression molding to powder components, with the outer shell 2 containing components different from the powder. The outer shell 2 is formed of component melting by ultrasonic vibration. Preferably, the outer shell 2 and the inside area 3 are integrally molded while applying the ultrasonic vibration. This tablet 1 is manufactured by filling a tablet molding die with mixture including raw material powder, and compressing the mixture while applying ultrasonic vibration thereto via molding pestle. In prior to filling the die with the mixture, a melting component is attached to the inside of the die and the surface of the molding pestle by the ultrasonic vibration. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
