A method and a system for managing payment tools integrally are provided to process payment quickly/conveniently by providing the same ID/password to a plurality of shopping malls, and strengthen security by minimizing personal information interchanged between the shopping mall and a user, as a payment completion message is transferred to the shopping mall after the payment. A database(1210) links/store user ID information and payment tool information for payment tools set by a user, and a tool provider(1220) transmits a tool obtained from a shopping mall server to a user terminal by responding to a payment request of the user terminal connected to a shopping mall. A payment tool extractor(1230) extracts the payment tool information from the database by receiving the user ID information from the user terminal through the tool received from the payment tool provider. A transceiver(1240) transmits the extracted payment tool information to a payment agency server, confirms payment approval of the payment agency server, and receives a payment approval result on a payment day. A message transmitter(1250) transmits a message related to the payment approval result to the user terminal. |
