PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe and easily available composition for oral ingesting for ameliorating stress-derived deterioration of skin blood flow having excellent amelioration of the stress-derived deterioration of the skin blood flow.

SOLUTION: The composition for oral ingestion for ameliorating the stress-derived deterioration of the skin blood flow comprises a substance prepared from citrus fruits as an active ingredient. The substance obtained from the citrus fruits is preferably one or more kinds selected from the citrus fruits, carpel wall of the citrus fruits, pericarp of the citrus fruits and processed materials thereof and more preferably dried powder of the carpel wall of the citrus fruits and/or pressed juice residues of the citrus fruits. The citrus fruits are preferably Citrus unshiu Marc.
