<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor having an expensively manufactured thrust bearing reduced in wear in a bearing sliding face and superior in seizure preventing property even under various use conditions. <P>SOLUTION: This scroll compressor 11 is equipped with: a fixed scroll 38; and a movable scroll 32 that is turned with respect to the fixed scroll 38 by a rotary shaft 21. The scroll 32 includes the thrust bearing 53 for receiving axial force received by the scroll 32. The bearing 53 includes one sliding face 100 and the other sliding face 101 opposite the one sliding face 100. A convex pressure receiving part 83 is formed on the one sliding face 100, and the other sliding face 101 is formed substantially flat. Hardness of the other sliding face 101 is higher than that of the one sliding face 100, and the one sliding face 100 is formed of cast iron or an aluminum alloy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
