<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus of a magnet capable of restraining variations in the weight of a magnet. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus 1 of a magnet comprises: a making machine 50 that has a cavity C where slurry containing magnetic powder and solvents is injected and performs the wet forming of the slurry injected into the cavity C; a storage tank 30 for supplying the slurry to the making machine 50; and a static mixer 40 that is mounted to a carrier pipe 36 in slurry between the storage tank 30 and the making machine 50 and mixes the magnetic powder of the slurry and solvents. Thus, when the slurry is supplied from the storage tank 30 to the making machine 50, the separation of the magnetic powder in the slurry from the solvents is reduced significantly. As a result, by manufacturing a magnet using the manufacturing apparatus 1 of a magnet, variations in the weight of the magnet can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
