<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic conference system allowing proper selection of only users capable of participating in an electronic conference without entrusting decision of an electronic conference promotor, and allowing improvement or the like of security (safety and reliability) in the electronic conference as a result. <P>SOLUTION: In the electronic conference system, a Web server extracts conference management information related to the electronic conference allowing the participation of a participant with a group as an extraction key based on user management information and conference management information stored in a database server connected to the Web server, a user ID and a user password inputted by the participant of the electronic conference through a conference terminal. When a conference password inputted by the participant of the electronic conference through the conference terminal agrees with a conference password included in the conference management information related to the electronic conference selected by the participant through the conference terminal, the Web server in the electronic conference system permits the participation in the selected electronic conference to the participant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
