<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting apparatus capable of reducing color variations and brightness variations with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor light emitting apparatus 10 includes: a substrate 11 having conductive members 16 and 17 for forming chip mounting portions 16a and electrode portions 17a; semiconductor light emitting device chips 12 mounted in the chip mounting portions on this substrate; a reflector 13 formed on this substrate so as to surround the semiconductor light emitting device chips; and a fluorescent material and a light diffusing material arranged distributedly inside this reflector. The semiconductor light emitting apparatus 10 is configured so that the semiconductor light emitting device chips emit light only from their tops, and a first light transmitting resin 14 containing the fluorescent material 14a is applied only to the tops of the semiconductor light emitting device chips. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
