<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic thin film solar cell capable of improving the energy conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The organic thin film solar cell includes a first electrode and a second electrode disposed away and facing each other, and a photoelectric conversion layer filling between the first electrode and the second electrode so as to be connected electrically therewith. The cell includes a plurality of first projecting members comprising an electric conductor, projected from the surface of the first electrode facing to the second electrode and connected electrically, and a plurality of second projecting members comprising an electric conductor, projected from the surface of the second electrode facing the first electrode and connected electrically so that the first projecting members and the second projecting members are inserted alternately in the photoelectric converting layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
