<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for notifying a user of switch trouble from ON/OFFs of a plurality of switches supplying power to a heater used in a home-use dehumidifier and currents flowing in the heater. <P>SOLUTION: The dehumidifier is provided with a control part 5 for judging trouble such as welding of a switch, and activating an abnormality alarm display means 4 in case of such judgment, by detecting with a current detecting sensor 3 whether a current flows in the heater 1 each time a plurality of switches 2A, 2B are switched ON in turn. The switch 2A and the switch 2B are put ON/OFF in turn. By confirming a current of the heater 1 each time the switch 2A and the switch 2B are put ON/OFF, such trouble as welding of the switches are detected to stop power supply to the heater 1, and people are notified of abnormalities by the abnormality alarm display means 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
