<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a circuit element against a large current generating at the outputting of short-circuiting of an output circuit, and to improve reliability of a circuit operation. <P>SOLUTION: An idle current detecting part 42 of a current source control circuit 3 detects a current change in an idling current supply part 41 of the output circuit 1. When the current change is not smaller than a prescribed value for more than a prescribed time, a determining part 44 outputs a prescribed determining signal determining that abnormal current has been generated in an output stage of the output circuit 1. A prescribed control signal for stopping the operation of current source circuits 6 and 7 is outputted from a control signal output circuit 37 according to the output. Operations of the output circuit 1 and a signal processing circuit 2 are stopped by the control signal to interrupt abnormal current in the output stage of the output circuit 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
