PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise absorbing device, easily position-fixed inside a speaker cabinet, which is capable of suppressing yield decline and performance decline, is easily worked and has high productivity, and to provide a speaker system that uses the noise absorption device. SOLUTION: A cylindrical noise absorbing member 12b, whose one end 11a and other end 11b are respectively sealed in a belt shape in the same direction, is provided with an intermediate press part 4a, pressed in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the noise absorbing member 12b and orthogonal to the sealing direction of one end. A plurality of triangular pyramid noise absorbing parts 1a and 1b that mutually continue are formed, folding is performed at the intermediate press part 4a so as to mutually distribute air between the noise absorbing parts 1a and 1b via the intermediate press part 4a, the mutual surfaces of the triangular pyramids are arranged closeby so as to face each other, and a three-dimensional shape is attained.
