<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing system capable of confirming and transmitting a data using an electronic pen, even in an environment having no network. <P>SOLUTION: A user fills a form 3, using the electronic pen 10, in this processing system of the present invention. This terminal device 25 of the present invention acquires a stroke data from the electronic pen 10, and stores it in a local DB 4. The terminal device 25 analyzes the stroke data to prepare a confirmation data, and displays a confirmation screen. The terminal device 25 erases the confirmation data in a step of closing the confirmation screen. The terminal device 25 is further connected communicably to a server 5 and transmits the stroke data. The server 5 analyzes the stroke data acquired from the terminal device 25 and prepares an analytical data.
