<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus which connects existing channels for communication, requires no managing tables used in a transmission method responsive to each of bridge apparatus and communication apparatus, and performs transmission between existing communication apparatuses through conventional fast communication network, and between additionally established or replaced apparatuses through the fast communication networks. <P>SOLUTION: The communication apparatus has: a first communication means 210a for receiving and transmitting telegram messages by using a first communication method via a transmission channel; a second communication means 220a for receiving and transmitting the messages using a second communication method through the communication channel; and a communication method selecting means 230a for selecting the way of communication via either the first communication means 210a or the second communication means 220a. The communication method selecting means 230a directs transmission of the message to either the first communication means 210a or the second communication means 220a, receives the result whether the transmission is successful, and directs the transmission of the same messages to the other communication means, depending on the result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
