<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board making it possible to judge whether or not a stab to be eliminated with a back drill has been completely removed, and a manufacturing method of such a wiring board and an inspection method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A through hole is formed in a substrate 10a, and a visually viewable display portion 30 is formed around the through hole 14 on the surface of the substrate 10a. One part of the through hole 14 provided with the display portion 30 is removed together with the substrate 10a therearound to form a processing hole 20. After the processing hole 20 is formed, the degree of remaining display portion 30 removed through the processing hole 20 is visually inspected, and the cut state of the through hole 14 is judged on the basis of a result of inspection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
