PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery protecting a power generation element 1 sealed and housed in a battery case 2 made of aluminum laminate films 21, 22, from outside shocks or the like, by covering the power generation element 1 with a power generation element cover 5 with a buried material made of high thermal conductive metal plate or the like buried in a resin body, and capable of carrying out heat discharge to outside rapidly. SOLUTION: In the battery with the power generation element 1 sealed and housed in the battery case 2 made of aluminum films 21, 22, the power generation element 1 is sealed and housed in the battery case 2 covered by the power generation element cover 5, the power generation element cover 5 is equipped with a resin body and a buried material buried in the resin body, and the buried material is structured of a material with higher thermal conductivity than the resin body.
