PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a liquid jetting head unit improving the quality of printing by highly precisely positioning a liquid jetting face and a head reference face. SOLUTION: A holding member 210 provided with the head reference face B is held by a first jig 400 with a first reference face C which keeps the head reference face B abutted for positioning, and the liquid jetting head 2 provided with the liquid jetting face A is held by a second jig 410 with a second reference face D which keeps the liquid jetting face A abutted for positioning, and which is positioned to the first reference face C so as to be relatively adjustable, and the holding member 210 and the liquid jetting head 2 are stuck together through an adhesive 215.
