PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent residence of condensed water by accelerating its flow-down at a heat transfer fin part of an air heat exchanger of an indoor unit or the like for an air conditioner. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises: heat transfer tubes 12; heat transfer fins A, B juxtaposed in large numbers in a state of crossing the heat transfer tubes 12; and cut-and-raised pieces 13 provided on heat transfer surfaces of the heat transfer fins A, B. The angles of both upper and lower ends of the cut-and-raised pieces 13 are set to inclination angles of 45°or less to allow the condensed water to easily flow down to thereby accelerate flow-down of the condensed water utilizing the steep inclined surfaces.
